Fall Canning Series~ October 3rd, 10th & 17th 1-3pm
Learn safe canning techniques and seasonal recipes! We will work together to can seasonal fruits & vegetables from the Peterborough Downtown Farmers' Market.
Recipes will be announced closer to the date depending on produce available at the market.
We ask that those who sign up are available for all 3-classes, please contact us with any questions.
Please note, there is an evening series as well on these dates, registration and classes are separate. Participants are asked to sign up for only one series, if you have participated in a previous canning workshop, you are welcome to sign up, but priority will be given to those who haven't yet had a chance to take part if the class fills up.
