Pickled Beans

Description

Water Bath Canning 

Ingredients

2 1⁄2 cups
pickling vinegar
2 1⁄2 cups
water
1⁄4 cup
pickling salt
3 pounds
green beans
3
garlic cloves
1 bunch
dill

Instructions

In a medium saucepan bring vinegar, water and salt to a boil. Keep warm 

Sterilize 3 Quart Jars 

Cold pack jars with dill, garlic and beans 

Ladle warm brine (vinegar, water, salt) over beans 

Leave 1/4 inch head space 

Water bath for 10 minutes
