Yet another delicious kale salad, this one flavoured with orange.
1⁄4 cuporange juice
1⁄4 cupapple cider vinegar
2 tablespoonssoy sauce
1 tablespoonsesame oil
2 tablespoonschopped almonds
1⁄4 cupdried cranberries
- Wash and dry kale before stripping from the stem and shredding the leaves.
- Whisk together the orange juice, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil until ingredients are well-combined.
- Pour dressing over prepared kale, toss to combine.
- Top with almonds and cranberries. Serve.
