Description
A delicious, classic salad that combines fresh crunchy ingredients with salty feta and olives.
Ingredients
1⁄2
medium red onion 2
large tomatoes 1
large english cucumbers 1⁄2 cans
kalamata black olives 1⁄2
red pepper 1⁄2
green pepper 100 grams
feta cheese 1⁄2
head of romaine lettuce (ripped into bite-sized pieces) 1⁄2 cups
olive oil 1 teaspoon
garlic powder 1 teaspoon
dried oregano 1 teaspoon
dried basil 1⁄4 teaspoons
salt 2 pinches
pepper 1⁄2 teaspoons
onion powder 1⁄2 teaspoons
dijon mustard 2 tablespoons
red wine vinegarInstructions
Chop all of the vegetables to 3/4 inch chunks and place them in a large salad serving bowl with the lettuce.
Drain the black olives and add to the bowl.
Add enough Greek dressing to coat all the vegetables nicely.
Crumble in the Feta.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
