A sweet salad dressing to add a touch of summer and colour to your greens.
2 tablespoonsdijon mustard
1⁄3 cupbalsamic vinegar (or apple cider, rice, red wine, etc.)
3 cupsfresh berries
1⁄2 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
1 cupoil (olive, grapeseed, vegetable, sesame, etc.)
1⁄4 cupsugar, honey, or maple syrup
Combine in a container and blend with immersion blender, regular blender, or whisk.
