Working together, you will learn safe water pressure canning techniques while working through a basic pumpkin pie filling recipe. We will also review how to easily freeze and store squashes for the winter.
The workshop will be held in Myrtle's Kitchen, on the 2nd floor of Peterborough Public Health. All ingredients will be purchased from the Peterborough Downtown Farmers' Market
