Judy's Kale Salad

Quick, simple and, delicious, try this zingy kale salad for a burst of Asian-inspired flavour.

Ingredients

olive oil
1 teaspoon
sesame oil
4 tablespoons
red wine or apple cider vinegar
1⁄3 cup
soy sauce
1 tablespoon
brown sugar
4 cups
kale (torn)

carrots (grated)

green onion (finely chopped)
3 tablespoons
sesame seeds (toasted)
4 tablespoons
sunflower seeds

Instructions

Toss all ingredients together and serve.
