1⁄4 cupolive oil
1 teaspoonsesame oil
4 tablespoonsred wine or apple cider vinegar
1⁄3 cupsoy sauce
1 tablespoonbrown sugar
4 cupskale (torn)
2green onion (finely chopped)
3 tablespoonssesame seeds (toasted)
4 tablespoonssunflower seeds
Toss all ingredients together and serve.
