This event will explore the reasons why this shift is needed, how the environmental sustainability of individual foods and diets are measured, current recommendations in this evolving area and where and how these concepts have been applied to dietary guidelines. The session will conclude with a discussion about actions you can take to integrate these concepts into other levels of food policy.
